24 hour discharge control using iLOGS Dataloggers

In this project scenario, the waste water goes through a 500Km network of collectors and arrives to the Treatment Plant. The quality control of the effluents in the network is essential to enable the purification process and to make sure that the quality of the water discharged to the river is appropriate.

As a complement to the inspection of industrial effluents in specific locations, the City Council is using a 24-hour continuous measurement system (Discharge Detection System) based on iLOGS46 dataloggers.

Measurements are made in the network, with portable probes that facilitate the access to the manhole and if any anomaly is detected, an alarm is immediately sent to the control room.

Masermic's low consumption iLOGS46 dataloggers and their remarkable configuration options permit a long autonomy even in continuous measurements, as they can accelerate the frequency of data recording when the value is critical and slow it down in the event of normality.
